Privacy Policy
We ask for as little as we can, we use it only to run your program, and we never sell it.

Who we are
X360 Weight Loss is an online program run by Integrated Functional Health, 2209 Falcon Ave, Bettendorf, IA 52722. This policy covers x360weightloss.com, the X360 Weight Loss course in our client portal, and Alex, the program's AI coach.
What we collect
We collect only what the program needs to work for you.
- When you sign up: your name and email address.
- When you join the paid membership: your billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- While you use the course: which lessons and practices you complete, so the portal can track your progress.
- When you use Alex: what you choose to share in check-ins and chats, such as weight, waist, sleep, water, steps, protein, cravings and how your week went, plus anything you tell Alex about your goals, preferences, injuries or equipment.
- If you add glucose monitoring: the glucose readings you choose to share with the program.
- When you contact us: what you write in an email, message or form.
How we use it
- To give you access to the course and release each week on schedule.
- To let Alex review your progress, spot what is slipping, and build your meal and movement plans.
- To bill your membership, and to stop billing when you cancel.
- To answer your questions and send program emails, such as your next week opening.
- To tell you about our services, where you asked to hear from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Alex, your AI coach
Alex is an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence. It is not a person and not a clinician. What you share with Alex is processed by our AI provider to produce Alex's replies. Matt and Molly can read your check-ins in order to support the program. Alex does not answer medical questions about medication, peptides, symptoms or dosing; it directs those to the Medical Team.
Who else handles it
We use outside companies to run parts of the program. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- our course and client management platform, which runs the client portal, sign up, email and messages;
- Stripe, which processes payments;
- our AI provider, which powers Alex.
If you choose medication, peptides, genomics or labs, those services are provided by independent licensed medical providers, laboratories and pharmacies. They give you their own privacy notices, and health records they create are protected under federal health privacy law (HIPAA). Health records created when you receive clinical care from Integrated Functional Health are covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking from Meta, Google or anyone else. The website, the course portal and the checkout use only the cookies they need to work, such as keeping you signed in. If we ever add advertising or analytics tools, we will update this policy before we do.
Keeping it safe
Your account is protected by your sign in details, and our providers use encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Please do not send detailed medical records through a website form, a chat or an ordinary email. If you are working with the Medical Team, share health records with them directly.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while you are a member, so you can pick up where you left off. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your program data within 30 days, except billing records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. We confirm who you are before acting on a request.
Children
X360 Weight Loss is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
