What you get, what it costs, how to cancel, and what the program is and is not.

The program
X360 Weight Loss is an online, brain-based weight loss program run by Integrated Functional Health, 2209 Falcon Ave, Bettendorf, IA 52722. It includes short daily lessons, hypnosis sessions, NLP, CBT and Integrated Neurology practices, action protocols, and Alex, an AI coach. By signing up you accept these terms.
The free Introductory Week
The Introductory Week is free, with no obligation and no credit card required. It gives you seven days of access to the first week of the program. When it ends, your access ends unless you choose to join the membership.
The membership
- Price: $47 a month, in US dollars.
- Billing: your card is charged when you join and then every month on the same date, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- What it includes: the 12 program weeks, the hypnosis sessions, practices, worksheets and handouts, and Alex. A new week opens each week, so you have time to do the work, practise it and let your nervous system process the change. Additional resources open when you complete Week 12.
- What it does not include: GLP-1 and other medications, peptides, functional genomics testing, metabolic labs and continuous glucose monitoring. These are optional, priced individually, and explained before you decide anything.
- Price changes: if the monthly price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price, so you can cancel first if you wish.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel whenever you like from your account: sign in at portal.myifh.com and cancel your membership there. If you would rather, email [email protected] or call (563) 484-0550 and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part months.
This is education and coaching, not medical care
X360 Weight Loss is an education and coaching program. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician who knows you. Alex is an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence. It is not a person and not a clinician.
Talk to your doctor before you change how you eat, start fasting or start a new exercise plan, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of an eating disorder. Stop any practice that does not feel right for you.
Medication, peptides and lab testing, where you choose them, are provided by independent licensed medical providers, laboratories and pharmacies. Whether something is right for you is decided at a medical assessment, and those services have their own terms and fees.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. In an emergency, call 911. The program and Alex are not monitored for emergencies.
Results
Everyone's body and circumstances are different. The program is designed to change the habits and patterns behind eating so that results last, but we cannot promise a particular amount of weight loss or any specific result.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over to join.
Your account
Your membership is for you alone. Please keep your sign in details private and do not share your access. Tell us if you think someone else has them.
Our content
The lessons, recordings, practices, worksheets, handouts and images belong to Integrated Functional Health or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal program. Please do not copy, share, resell or republish them.
Changes to the program and these terms
We may improve the program and update these terms. The version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects your membership, we will email you before it takes effect.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Integrated Functional Health is not liable for loss arising from your use of the program beyond the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Iowa.
